Product Description
Silcon60 is an orange coloured, uncured silicone rubber compound, formulated to cure at 80°C and above.
It is supplied in sheet form, approximately 350mm x 500mm at a nominal thickness of 12mm.
This material is commonly used for intensifiers, to improve localised consolidation/definition of composite laminate; and for infill pieces to aid bagging into restricted/detailed areas where the vacuum bagging film would otherwise bridge and potentially fail during cure.
